Great terpenes make great rosin

We make only solventless concentrates: we don’t use any chemicals or hazardous materials, but instead opt for only using clean water, ice, pressure, and low temperature to make rosin — using our own MC3 Certified Clean Cannabis, of course. This is a much healthier alternative for those who want to consume concentrated, clean cannabis. So how do you make a great thing greater? By preserving its terpenes, of course!

Did you know that half of the cannabis molecule is terpenes? Terpenes provide the smell and taste of cannabis. They’re what make it flavorful. They’re what make cultivars unique and enhance your experience. They also can have some therapeutic potential.

While some people are adding terpenes to their products these days (fake terpenes, yuck!), ours are strictly naturally-occurring. It’s one of the key components of what makes our careful plant selection and commitment to quality what we’re all about.

Terpenes you’ll typically find in our Live Rosin:

Limonene - Like lemons: citrusy. Considered a mood enhancer; reduces stress.

Linalool - Spicy, floral. Relaxing, uplifting.

Caryophyllene - Spicy, peppery. Mood enhancer.

Myrcene - Basil-like; considered the “mother of all terpenes” for its analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects and is used in foods, as well.

Pinene - Piney, woodsy. Can provides focus and relief.

Some rarer terpenes that can enhance your experience:

Alpha-Humulene - Spicy, woodsy. Analgesic, anti-inflammatory; also considered an appetite suppressant.

Guaiol - Carribean aura. Known to be anti-inflammatory.

Alpha-Bisabolol - Floral fragrance. Anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial.

Have fun. Enjoy responsibly! And don’t forget to keep notes of what you enjoy the most, for next time!
